在教师专业能力发展的过程中,听课评课无疑是最重要也最有效的途径,特别是在当前新课程改革大力提倡校本培训的情况下,听课、评课更是教师学习的重要载体。然而,我们对听课、评课的高度期待,却遭遇了现实中的种种“寒流”和困惑。一说到听课评课,我们自然而然就想到众多不理想甚至令人厌恶的情况。当听课、评课成为一种形式和累赘,教师最重要的一条成长途径就会被堵死。因此,突破其困境,寻求更好的听课评课的形式和方法,追求课堂教学评价的理想境界,营造—种互动研讨和坦诚交流的教研文化氛围就显得极其重要。
In the process of the development of teachers’ professional abilities, lectures and reviews are undoubtedly the most important and most effective way. Especially in the current situation of new curriculum reform advocating school-based training, listening and lecturing are the important carriers of teacher learning. However, we highly expect lectures and class reviews, but we encounter various kinds of “cold currents” and confusion in reality. When it comes to listening to class reviews, we naturally think of many unpleasant and even disgusting situations. When lectures, assessment classes become a form and cumbersome, the most important way for teachers to grow will be blocked. Therefore, it is extremely important to break through the dilemma, seek better forms and methods of lectures and classes, pursue the ideal state of classroom teaching evaluation, create a kind of teaching and research culture atmosphere of interactive discussion and open communication.
