由于铂族金属(PGM)价格高且高科技领域中应用的需求量增长、目前从原生与再生物料中回收与分离铂族金属引起了极大兴趣。因此,传统的精炼方法逐渐为更新,更有效的分离技术,例如溶剂萃取如离子交换所代替。本文评述了传统与现代精炼技术并讨论了各种情况下决定合适处理方法的相应的溶液化学。着重讨论了现代分离方法的工业效益并提到了从原生及再生物料中回收铂族金属。
Due to the high price of PGMs and the increasing demand for high-tech applications, there is currently a great deal of interest in the recovery and separation of PGMs from both virgin and recycled materials. As a result, traditional refining methods are gradually being replaced by newer and more efficient separation techniques such as solvent extraction such as ion exchange. This article reviews both traditional and modern refining techniques and discusses the corresponding solution chemistries that determine the proper treatment for each situation. It focuses on the industrial benefits of modern separation processes and mentions the recovery of PGMs from virgin and recycled materials.
