目的了解五华县居民健康状况,确定严重影响居民健康的主要疾病,分析重要疾病的死亡率及主要死因构成情况,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对全县各医疗机构按国际疾病分类法ICD-10编码后,通过数据录入中国疾病预防控制信息系统的死因信息登记报告系统,按国家卫统统计表编码、分类审核统计。结果五华县2008～2010年年均死亡率为636.90/10万,男性死亡率为761.33/10万,女性死亡率为513.33/10万。排列前5位的死因顺位是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害,占全死因的86.89%。全人群中慢性病死亡所占比例最高,达90.08%,其次是伤害死亡占5.80%。结论慢性非传染性疾病死亡是五华县居民的主要死亡原因;恶性肿瘤依然较严重,交通事故是居民伤害死亡的主要危险因素,今后应加强和重视慢性非传染性疾病和伤害的预防控制工作,对提高居民生存质量和延长寿命具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the health status of residents in Wuhua County, determine the major diseases that seriously affect the health of residents, analyze the mortality rate of major diseases and the composition of the main causes of death, and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods The medical institutions in the county were coded according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), and then were recorded into the system for reporting the cause of death information registered in China CDC. The system was coded and classified according to the National Statistical System of Health Statistics. Results The average annual death rate of Wuhua County from 2008 to 2010 was 636.90 / 100,000, with 761.33 / 100,000 deaths for males and 513.33 / 100,000 deaths for females. The top five causes of death were malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases, respiratory diseases and injuries, accounting for 86.89% of all causes of death. The highest proportion of deaths among the general population was 90.08%, followed by injuries and deaths accounting for 5.80%. Conclusion The death of chronic non-communicable diseases is the main cause of death of residents in Wuhua County. The malignant tumors are still serious. Traffic accidents are the main risk factors of death and injury. In the future, the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases and injuries should be strengthened and emphasized , To improve the quality of life of residents and prolong life is of great significance.
