一、把握企业员工的思想脉搏,是新时期搞好企业党建工作的基础党建工作的重要内容之一是党的思想建设.就是要加强党的思想政治工作,充分发挥党的政治优势,把广大党员和干部群众的思想统一到党的路线、方针和政策上来,确保党的事业取得胜利.就企业而言,就是把员工的思想统一到企业的中心工作和经营目标上来,确保企业不断向前发展.为此,做好企业的党建工作,离不开做好员工的思想工作.要做好员工的思想工作,必须牢牢把握员工的思想脉搏,知员工之所想,急员工之所急.这样,思想政治工作才能有针对性,才能做到有的放矢,收到实效.
