[目的]了解兴海县健康儿童百日咳、白喉、破伤风、麻疹、乙型肝炎(乙肝)、儿童结核病和脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)免疫状况。[方法]抽取部分不同年龄组健康儿童,按卫生部《计划免疫技术管理规程》(1998年版)规定的方法进行抗体水平检测。[结果]抗体保护率百日咳为70%,白喉为92%,破伤风为92%,麻疹为82%,乙肝为57.24%,脊灰Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型为100%,卡介苗12周阳转率为93.33%。[结论]通过检测,兴海县0～14岁儿童中脊灰、白喉、破伤风和卡介苗抗体具有较高的免疫水平,达到卫生部规定目标(85%),百日咳保护抗体水平、抗-HBs保护率和麻疹抗体保护率未达到免疫成功率指标,因此,为了全面提高疫苗针对疾病的免疫力,应对县、乡和村三级接种人员加强培训和管理,重点继续做好基础和加强免疫,在人群中形成牢固的免疫屏障,阻止传染病的发生和流行。
[Objective] To understand the immune status of pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, measles, hepatitis B (hepatitis B), childhood tuberculosis and poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) in healthy children in Xinghai County. [Methods] Some healthy children in different age groups were drawn, and antibody levels were tested according to the regulations of “Regulation of Immunization Technology Management of the Ministry of Health” (1998 edition). [Results] The antibody protection rates were 70% for pertussis, 92% for diphtheria, 92% for tetanus, 82% for measles, 57.24% for hepatitis B, 100% for type I, II and III of poliomyelitis and 12 weeks for BCG Turnover rate was 93.33%. [Conclusion] The results showed that the antibodies against poliomyelitis, diphtheria, tetanus and bacillus Calmette-Guerin in children aged 0 ~ 14 in Xinghai County had a high level of immunity, reaching the target (85%) prescribed by the Ministry of Health, the level of antibody to pertussis protection and the anti-HBs Protection rate and measles antibody protection rate did not reach the success rate of immunization indicators, therefore, in order to fully improve the vaccination against the disease immunity, county and township and village level vaccination should be strengthened training and management, focusing on continuing to lay the foundation and strengthen immunity, In the population to form a solid immune barrier to prevent the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases.
