企业文化是企业的特色,展示着企业的价值观、精神力量、行为准则等。一家成功的企业,必然有着其独特而科学的企业文化。与西方崇尚个性的企业文化不同,日本企业文化具有自身独特的地方,这些特点造就了日本战后经济的飞速腾飞,然而也形成了一些制约日本企业进一步发展的桎梏。本文首先分析了日本企业文化的特点,主要有融合了多方文化、重视人的作用、“和”文化突出、团队利益高于一切等特点,接着分析了日本企业文化的优点,主要有集多方文化之精华,确保了企业文化的先进性;以人为本的管理理念、使得企业与员工双双获益;追求双重效益的价值观、提高了企业的社会形象;注重诚信经营,为企业贴上了可靠标签四个方面,最后提出了日本企业文化的三点弊端:年轻员工展示平台少、限制了人才流动、企业创新能力不足。
Corporate culture is the characteristics of an enterprise. It displays the company’s values, spiritual strength, and behavioral norms. A successful company must have its unique and scientific corporate culture. Different from the corporate culture of the West advocating individuality, Japanese corporate culture has its own unique place. These characteristics have created the rapid growth of Japan’s post-war economy. However, it has also formed some obstacles to the further development of Japanese companies. This article first analyzes the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture, mainly integrating the characteristics of multi-culture, emphasizing the role of people, “and ” prominent culture, and the interests of the team above everything else. Then it analyzes the advantages of Japanese corporate culture. The essence of multi-culture ensures the advancement of corporate culture; the people-oriented management philosophy enables both the company and the employees to benefit from it; pursues the values of dual benefits and enhances the company’s social image; and pays attention to the integrity of the business, and affixes a reliable label for the company. In four aspects, the three drawbacks of the Japanese corporate culture were finally put forward: Young employees displayed fewer platforms, restricted the flow of talents, and lacked the ability of the enterprise to innovate.
