36只兔分对照组和实验组。实验组施行了左肾动脉或左肾动、静脉同时结扎手术。术后动物生活正常,3~8个月后杀死。分别观察肾侧支循环的建立及肾的大体解剖、显微结构和组织化学变化等。1.结扎左肾血管后,因未能建立有效的侧支循环,致使左肾萎缩。右肾均呈现明显的代偿性肥大,其重量也明显增加。2.代偿肥大肾是由于原有肾单位的代偿肥大,以及其间结缔组织增生所造成的。3.代偿肥大肾与对照组相比,在 JGI、PAS、AIP 等方面均无显著差异。这可能提示代偿肥大肾至少在肾素分泌和重吸收机能等方面基本正常。
