我車間合金压鑄件去毛刺清除工序,过去絕大部分为手工操作,劳动强度大,生产率低。为改善压鑄零件清除毛刺的劳动条件,提高鑄件質量,提高生产率,工人同志們在“九大”精神鼓舞下,高举毛泽东思想伟大紅旗,活学活用毛主席著作,坚决貫彻毛主席关于“自力更生”的指示,大搞技术革新、技术革命,实現了压鑄零件清除毛刺机械化。号碼輪清除毛刺机械工具就是其中的一項。
