本文采用双重差分方法,研究中国发债上市公司在流动性冲击下的企业现金持有、流动性工具选择以及传导机制.研究表明:流动性冲击下,债务依赖度高的企业会增持现金进行流动性管理而非利用银行授信;国企和公司治理能力强的企业在面临流动性冲击时会增持现金;企业在面临流动性管理时会考虑自身抵押贷款能力而非破产风险.企业在流动性困境中应增强对现金流的管理,提升资产抵押和公司治理能力;商业银行应实行抵押资产多元化,充分发挥银行授信作用.

本文利用2013年取消贷款利率下限的准自然实验,采用PSM-DID方法系统检验放松利率管制对企业风险承担的影响,得出以下研究结论与启示:第一,取消贷款利率管制后,民营企业的风险承担水平显著提高,相较而言,仅放松贷款利率上限对企业风险承担无显著影响.第二,基于横截面异质性的机制检验发现,在中西部地区、融资约束较严重和财务风险较低的企业中,放松利率管制对风险承担有更显著的正向影响.最后,放松利率管制通过提升企业风险承担,在降低企业投资不足问题的同时,也逐步增加企业的过度投资水平.
