东北三省水利学会2013年学术年会于9月24日在辽宁省锦州市召开,年会主题是水与生态、节水增粮。此次年会由辽宁省水利学会主办,吉林省水利学会、黑龙江省水利学会协办,锦州市水利局、锦州市水利学会承办。辽宁省水利学会理事长仲刚在致辞中指出召开学术年会是发挥水利学会学术交流平台作用、更好的为水利中心服务的一项重要举措,希望一年一度的东三省水利学会学术年会的召开对三省水利科技发展有所促进,并使之逐渐成为三省学术交流的品牌。
Northeast China Association of Water Conservancy 2013 academic annual meeting on September 24 in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, the theme of the annual meeting is water and ecology, water and grain. This annual meeting is sponsored by Liaoning Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering, co-organized by Jilin Province Water Conservancy Institute, Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering, Jinzhou City Water Conservancy Bureau and Jinzhou Institute of Hydraulic Engineering. Zhonggang Liaoning Institute of Water Conservancy pointed out in his speech that the convening of an academic annual meeting is to play a role as a platform for academic exchanges and to serve the water conservancy center. It is hoped that the annual conference of the Association of Water Conservancy The convening of the three provinces to promote water conservancy science and technology, and make it gradually become the three provinces academic exchange brand.
