葡萄、草莓是色、香、味皆优的高档水果,其营养价值比常见水果高,深受人们欢迎。但它们都属浆果类水果,肉质柔软多汁,无坚硬的保护性外皮,极易腐烂变质。葡萄鲜销期为3—5天,草莓为1天左右,货架寿命短,集中成熟,集中上市,损耗很大。 1986年中国科学院上海植物生理研究所接受了上海市科委下达的科研项目:“葡萄、草莓贮藏保鲜技术研”。经过几年的努力,他们从采后生理生化研究入手,经过激素调节、杀菌剂、防腐剂的选用、温度、包装等方法的试验,制定了综合贮藏保鲜措施,并在1990年11月
