The ispPAC10 is one of a series of devices recently announced by Lattice Semiconductor Corp. in the ispPAC-In-System Programmable Analog Circuit that represents a new level of integration and flexibility for general-purpose analog signal processing. This article aims to introduce its structure and characteristics, package and pin, working principle, usage, development environment and typical applications.
