对Ti/Cu共晶反应偶液相铺展及组织进行了初步研究。结果表明,不同的基体或反应材料,共晶液相表面铺展现象显著不同。当Ti为基体时,共晶液相铺展区域呈较规则的圆形,并且接触角较小,而当Cu为基体时,铺展形状不规则,且有溶蚀现象;不同组合的Ti/Cu共晶反应偶对共晶液相产生及铺展速度将会产生影响,当Ti为基体、Cu为反应材料时,Cu的溶解速度较快,在试验条件下,保温时间120 s,Cu粒已完全溶解,而相同条件下Ti粒溶解则需要2 100 s;Ti/Cu/Ti接触反应钎焊接头中形成的金属间化合物为TiCu、Ti3Cu4、Ti2Cu、TiCu4。
The preliminary research on the spreading and microstructure of the even liquid phase of Ti / Cu eutectic reaction was carried out.
