侧踹腿是主要攻击腿法之一,主要用于攻击敌小腿、腹、胸、头部。它的特点是直线攻击,快速凌厉;可攻可守,变化多端;力道凶猛,杀伤力大,特别是前腿距离对手较近,起腿直接、隐蔽,使用率较高。一、技术要领1、动作要领:左侧踹:在格斗势基础上(图1),右脚前垫步(图2),重心移至右脚,右腿支撑微屈,左腿展髋扣膝,勾脚尖,上体侧倾(图3),左脚向体前直线踹出,膝关节充分伸直,脚掌正对攻击目标,着力点在脚跟(图4)。踹腿时,上体挺腰侧倾,左手自然下摆,右拳护颌,目视攻击方向。击出后,膝关节挺
