在东北师大附中适应“社会全面发展、世界的全球化进程和信息技术迅猛发展”的机遇和挑战下,“六星”人才培养模式应运而生。在该模式的摸索和实践中,“崇高而优美”的教育目标逐渐明确,“课程开发—活动实践—师资保障—文化支撑”实施路径日臻明晰、完备。并使得“六星”人才培养模式引领下的教育、教学反馈在以东北师大附中一校六部的发展实践中不断得到检验和证明,多样化的学生发展成果丰硕。
Under the opportunities and challenges of “advancing all-round social development, the globalization of the world and the rapid development of information technology”, the senior middle school of Northeast Normal University adapted to the “six-star” talent training mode. In the exploration and practice of this model, the education goal of “sublime and graceful” is gradually clarified. The course of “curriculum development - activity practice - teacher protection - cultural support” is getting clearer and complete. And the education and teaching feedback under the “Six Star” training mode have been continuously tested and proved in the development practice of the six high school affiliated to the Middle School of Northeast Normal University. The diversified students have achieved fruitful results.
