目的探讨不同级别胶质瘤患者CD8+CD28-调节性T细胞的水平变化。方法良性及恶性胶质瘤患者各15例,并选择同年龄段15例正常人作为对照。采用流式细胞术检测其外周血CD8+CD28-调节性T细胞,及其胞内细胞因子白介素10(IL-10)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的百分含量。结果胶质瘤患者的CD8+CD28-调节性T细胞含量明显高于健康人,且高级别患者明显高于低级别者(P<0.05);高级别胶质瘤患者的IL-10及TGF-β1同样明显高于健康组及低级别组(P<0.05)。结论 CD8+CD28-调节性T细胞数量的增多及功能的增强,可能是胶质瘤的一个重要免疫学机制,具有重要临床意义。
Objective To investigate the levels of CD8 + CD28-regulatory T cells in patients with different grades of gliomas. Methods Fifteen patients with benign and malignant gliomas were selected and 15 healthy individuals of the same age group were selected as control. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD8 + CD28-regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and the contents of IL-10 and TGF-β1. Results The levels of CD8 + CD28-regulatory T cells in glioma patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). The levels of IL-10 and TGF- β1 was also significantly higher than the healthy group and the low-level group (P <0.05). Conclusions The increase of CD8 + CD28-regulatory T cells and the enhancement of their functions may be an important immunological mechanism of glioma and have important clinical significance.
