急性出血性肠炎,是局限于一段肠管的急性蜂窝组织炎性病变。以发烧、呕吐,愎疼、腹胀、腹泻、便血、白血球增多为主要临床表现。近年来国内报道日益增多,已成为夏秋季危害农村儿童健康的严重疾病之一。自1978年以来我院收治18例,由于病因不明,临床表现复杂且无特异性,缺乏统一治疗原则,故误诊、死亡率高。据文献报告死亡率为25～30％。根据我院收治的18例,就发病机制.诊断标准、误诊原因及治疗作如下分析讨论。
Acute hemorrhagic enteritis is an acute cellulitis that is confined to a section of the intestine. To fever, vomiting, pain, bloating, diarrhea, blood in the stool, increased white blood cells as the main clinical manifestations. In recent years, the growing number of domestic reports has become one of the serious diseases that endanger the health of rural children in summer and autumn. Since 1978, 18 cases were admitted to our hospital. Due to unknown etiology, complex and nonspecific clinical manifestations, and the lack of a unified treatment principle, misdiagnosis and high mortality rates were found. According to the literature, the mortality rate is 25 ~ 30%. According to 18 cases admitted to our hospital, the pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, misdiagnosis and treatment of the following analysis and discussion.
