进入中学阶段,青少年的人际关系发生了明显的变化,他们对父母和教师的心理和情感依赖日益减少,而对与同伴建立良好的人际关系的依赖却在增强.同伴交往成为中学生人际交往的主体。建设和谐班集体离不开学生间良好的同伴关系,换言之,良好的同伴关系能够有效的促进和谐班集体的建设,促进中学生身心的健康成长,为此,笔者一直在努力着让班级的孩子们能够和睦共处,让学生的良好品行在同伴中扩大影响,形成良性循环,以此建设更和谐的班集体。
