在克山病病因研究方面,微量元素硒已受到人们重视。陈念祖等在低硒克山病病区粮喂养的大鼠及仔猪上,用组织化学方法研究发现肝糖元下降,脂肪明显上升。李广元用生化方法发现克山病病区粮喂养的仔猪琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性下降。这些提示了克山病病区粮可以引起动物代谢的某些紊乱。克山病病区粮是否可引起动物 Mg~(2+)
