永钢8号高炉12~14段冷却壁位置(检修孔下方)炉墙结厚严重,黏结物厚度约500~800mm,导致炉况有严重恶化趋势。认为大量使用熔剂和块矿、原燃料质量差、碱负荷锌负荷高,以及未及时抑制开炉初期出现的管道气流是导致高炉炉墙结厚的原因。通过采取发展边沿气流、活跃炉缸、降低结厚部位的冷却强度、强化出铁管理等措施,经过2个月的恢复,炉墙结厚影响大幅降低,技术经济指标逐步改善。
Yonggang No. 12 blast furnace 12 to 14 cooling stave position (under the access hole) furnace wall knot thick, adhesive thickness of about 500 ~ 800mm, resulting in a serious deterioration of the furnace trend. It is considered that the reason of using large amount of flux and lump ore, poor quality of raw fuel, high zinc load of alkali load, and not timely suppressing the gas flow in pipelines during the early stage of furnace opening is the reason for the thick wall of blast furnace. After 2 months of recovery, the effect of furnace wall knot thickening was greatly reduced and the technical and economic indicators improved gradually by adopting such measures as developing edge airflow, activating furnace hearth, reducing cooling intensity of knotted junction and strengthening iron management.
