There are two kinds of tendencies: pure political consciousness and purely traditional morality can not be acknowledged by anyone. The construction of spiritual civilization is not only a kind of social movement creation or ideological education movement but a historical and humanistic cultural project. Essentially belong to the modernization of mankind in China’s modernization. Only we understand the construction of spiritual civilization from this perspective
