目的:观察FK1栓对细菌、霉菌性阴道炎的作用。方法:①采用细菌、霉菌性大鼠阴道炎动物模型,观察FK1栓对致炎后的阴道菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌)培养的菌落生长抑制作用;②体外抑菌实验,观察FK1栓对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、痢疾杆菌和伤寒杆菌7种菌抑制作用;③采用杀滴虫实验,观察FK1栓对人源滴虫的杀虫作用。结果:①模型组致病菌转阴率为0,FK1栓高、中、低(70 mg/kg、35 mg/kg、17.5 mg/kg)3个剂量组,金黄色葡萄球菌转阴率分别为7/10、4/10、1/10;大肠杆菌转阴率分别为3/10、3/10、1/10;白色念珠菌转阴率分别为4/10、3/10、1/10,与模型组比较有差异(p<0.05、p<0.01、p<0.001)。结果表明FK1栓对细菌、霉菌性阴道炎有作用,且呈一定剂量依赖性;②体外抑菌试验中,试管法表明FK1栓对7种细菌的最小抑菌浓度均明显低于阳性对照药,杯碟法表明,不同剂量的FK1栓对上述细菌的抑菌作用强度不同,均以高剂量(720 mg/ml)的抑菌效果最佳。实验结果显示FK1栓有明显的抑菌作用,且抑菌谱较广;③FK1栓具有杀灭阴道滴虫的作用,其作用随着浓度增大和作用时间延长杀虫作用增强。结论:FK1栓具有抑菌杀虫作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of FK1 suppository on bacterial and fungal vaginitis. Methods: (1) The animal model of vaginitis was established in mice with bacterial and fungal infection. The growth inhibition of FK1 suppository on colony growth of vaginal bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans) after inflammation was observed. The antibacterial activity in vitro , To observe the suppressive effect of FK1 suppositories on seven kinds of bacteria of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, B hemolytic streptococcus, Shigella dysenteriae and Salmonella typhi; (3) Human trichomonas insecticidal effect. Results: ① The negative rate of pathogenic bacteria in model group was 0, FK1 was high, medium and low (70 mg / kg, 35 mg / kg, 17.5 mg / kg) 7/10, 4/10, 1/10 respectively; the negative rates of Escherichia coli were 3/10, 3/10, 1/10 respectively; the negative rates of Candida albicans were 4/10, 3/10, 10, compared with the model group (p <0.05, p <0.01, p <0.001). The results showed that FK1 suppository had an effect on bacteria and fungal vaginitis in a dose-dependent manner. (2) The in vitro antibacterial test showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of FK1 suppository against 7 kinds of bacteria was significantly lower than that of positive control drug. The cup-plate method showed that different doses of FK1 suppository had different antibacterial activity against the above bacteria, and the antibacterial effect was the best at high dose (720 mg / ml). The experimental results show that FK1 suppository has obvious bacteriostatic effect and broad spectrum antibacterial spectrum; ③ FK1 suppository has the effect of killing vaginal trichomoniasis, and its action increases with increasing concentration and prolonged action time. Conclusion: FK1 suppository has antibacterial and insecticidal effects.
