日前,中国电影评论学会在京召开理事扩大会,就此问题进行讨论,一致认为,在电影的转折时期,电影评论、理论工作者特别要有一种责任感,要有一种与中国电影现状休戚与共的忧患意识与参与意识。过去,电影评论、理论工作有报喜不报忧的倾向,对少数精、尖作品,探索作品研究甚多,对大批通俗作品关注不够,而对某些劣作及其代表的不良倾向批评不力,这种状况要迅速改变。不少同志呼吁:当前的电影评论、理论工作,视野要开阔,不仅要研究影片的成败得失,阐明电影创作规律,还要研究与创作有关的整个社会、文化、经济背景,研究电影体制、观众欣赏心理乃至电影
