胶质母细胞瘤是致死性最强的原发性脑肿瘤,肿瘤基因组存在着广泛的突变和多个信号通路的失调。肿瘤基因表达谱和非编码小RNA表达谱的深入研究并走向临床应用,将极大地提高神经肿瘤的临床诊断能力,进而指导有效治疗。然而,肿瘤基因表达谱指导下的个体化分子靶向治疗在神经肿瘤领域的研究才刚刚起步。在本文中,我们探讨了怎样将肿瘤基因组研究成果转化到具体的治疗实践。肿瘤基因组特异性的分子靶向治疗将为最终攻克这些致命性肿瘤带来希望。
Glioblastoma is the most lethal of primary brain tumors, tumor genome exists a wide range of mutations and multiple signaling disorders. In-depth study of tumor gene expression profiles and non-coding small RNA expression profiles and their clinical application will greatly enhance the clinical diagnostic ability of neuro-oncogenes and guide the effective treatment. However, the study of personalized molecular targeted therapy under the guidance of tumor gene expression profile in the field of neural tumors has just started. In this article, we explore how to translate the results of oncology genome research into specific therapeutic practices. Tumor genome-specific molecular targeted therapy will eventually hope to overcome these deadly tumors.
