随着我国经济的发展,我国的医疗方面有了质的飞跃,但是,医疗服务以及药品的价格也随着不断上升,对于大多农村居民来说,进城看病变得难上加难。所以解决农村人口存在的医疗问题是我国实现全面小康的必经之路。新农合的推行,标志着我国的医疗里程中的重大跃进,也是对我国医疗保障制度的更一步的完善与推进。随着新农合渐渐地全面推进,给广大农村居民提供便利和帮助的同时,也在推行的过程中暴露了许多的问题。所以本篇文章着重的帮助我们研究并了解新农合的制度,这样才能帮助政府发现新农合制度存在的问题,也能进一步的改善该制度。
With the economic development in our country, there has been a qualitative leap in medical treatment in our country. However, the prices of medical services and medicines have also risen. As for most rural residents, it is even harder for most rural residents to go to the cities for medical treatment. Therefore, solving the medical problems existing in the rural population is the only way for our country to realize an overall well-to-do society. The implementation of NCMS marked a significant leap forward in the medical mileage of our country and a further step toward improving and advancing our medical security system. As the NCMS gradually advances in an all-round way and provides convenience and assistance to the majority of rural residents, it also exposes many problems during its implementation. Therefore, this article focuses on helping us to study and understand the system of NCMS so as to help the government find out the problems existing in the NCMS and to further improve the system.
