目的 确定熊果酸Raman光谱的结构特征及官能团的归属。 方法 采用HRD2型双光栅单色仪对熊果酸进行了激光Raman光谱测定 ,解析了其Raman谱峰与结构特征的关系 ,并与红外光谱作了比较。结果 基本确定了熊果酸的结构特征中官能团的归属。结论 Raman光谱具有比红外光谱更为丰富的结构信息特征 ,是天然药物解析的手段之一。
Objective To determine the structural characteristics of Raman spectroscopy and the assignment of functional groups to ursolic acid. Methods Laser Raman spectroscopy was used to determine ursolic acid using HRD2 double grating monochromator. The relationship between Raman peaks and structural characteristics was analyzed and compared with IR spectra. Results The assignment of functional groups in the structural characteristics of ursolic acid was basically determined. Conclusion Raman spectroscopy has more structural information features than infrared spectroscopy, and it is one of the means of natural drug analysis.
