本文探讨三通阀总流量波动的普遍公式,提出最佳阀权度的概念并建立寻找最佳阀权度的标准方程,作出在最佳阀权度下各种三通阀的总流量变化曲线和工作特性曲线。由理论推导证明:非对称型(直线——等百分比理想特性)三通阀与冷热水热交换器相配,当阀权度P_v=0.367时,既可保证自动调节系统的稳定性,还可使阀压降比P_v=0.5时减小42%,从而使水泵的扬程显著降低。对于一个调节支路管段阻力为1公斤/厘米~2、负荷流量为135米~3/小时的热交换装置,每年可节电1.8万千瓦小时。
