采用两通插装阀的系统技术促使液压传动设计发生了根本性的变革,在大功率场合尤其如此。这种新型系统技术的主要使用领域是塑料机械和金属成型机械。它的优点在于压力损失小、结构体积较小、切换时间较短,在系列化生产时,与传统设计的系统装置相比价格较低廉。另外,座式阀关闭时能达到完全密封。文章把流量系数作为主要的参量,把液动力作为最重要的干扰量,对两通插装阀进行了一些研究。此外,还列出了几种市售结构型式的流量系数的测量结果。
System technology with a two-way cartridge valve has revolutionized hydraulic drive designs, especially in high-power applications. The main areas of use for this new system technology are plastic machinery and metal forming machinery. Its advantage lies in the pressure loss is small, smaller structure, switching time is shorter, in series production, compared with the traditional design of the system unit cheaper. In addition, the seat valve can be closed completely sealed. Taking the flow coefficient as the main parameter and the hydrodynamic force as the most important disturbance quantity, the article makes some researches on the two-way cartridge valve. In addition, the measurement results of the flow coefficient of several types of commercially available structures are also listed.
