2014年8月4日,国祥空调第一期新业务员培训在上虞工厂总部如期开展。来自华西、华南、华北共计25位新业务员参加了此次培训。公司培训讲师们就企业文化、空调行业知识、公司产品综合介绍和应用领域分析、业务流程等全方位、多角度对新进业务员进行由浅入深的讲授,并及时了解每一位业务员的培训动态,及时调整培训形式,同时进行针对性地单独指导、答疑。新进业务员就培训心得、入职感受与讲师们进行了互动交流。
