采用土壤接种法测定了7 个棉花品种的抗黄萎病性能, 发现豫2067、86- 6和春矮早3 个品种病情指数均低于20.0, 属抗病品种; 而中棉所17、冀棉11、泗棉3 号和豫棉12 病指均高于30.0, 属感病品种。对抗感品种体内酚类物质含量测定的结果表明, 无论接种前后, 棉株根部和叶部酚类物质含量均高于感病品种, 以根部差异更加明显, 说明棉花品种对黄萎病的抗性与体内酚类物质含量有密切关系。
Resistance to Verticillium wilt of seven cotton cultivars was determined by soil inoculation method.
