创新能力一般是指产生新的想法,发现和制造新的事物的能力。江总书记指出:“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭的动力。”培养创新人材是知识经济的迫切要求,也是小学数学教育的一项重要任务。培养学生创新意识、训练学生的创新思维、开发学生的创新潜能是摆在每一位数学教师面前的一项重要课题。下面笔者结合自己的教学实践,谈几点体会和做法。一、营造良好的创新氛围,使学生乐于创新1.建立和协、融洽的师生关系。罗杰斯提出:“有利于创造活动的一般条件是心理的安全和心理的自由。”教
Innovativeness generally refers to the ability to generate new ideas, discover and create new things. General Secretary Jiang pointed out: “Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of a country.” Cultivating innovative talents is an urgent requirement of the knowledge-based economy and an important task in primary school mathematics education. To cultivate students’ innovative awareness, train students’ innovative thinking and develop students’ innovative potential is an important topic for every mathematics teacher.
