尽管我们已经进入成品油零售市场后放开时代,但根据我们在京、穗、渝、沪四大城市的调查,加油站的非油品业务依然如眼下的季节一样,冷冷清清,寒气袭人。有一位经济学家说过,一个市场的发展,需要推与拉、激发与培育的双重作用,需要一个引导的过程。急,于事无补! 还是那句著名的台词,“面包会有的,牛奶会有的”。参照发达国家加油站发展的经验,倘若用这样的话来激励那些非油品业务的经营者,他们定会信心倍增。

With reference to the experience of gas stations in developed countries, operators with non-oil businesses should be encouraged to use such words to boost their confidence.
