建区以来,翔安区的学前教育事业虽然取得了较大的发展,但在整个基础教育的体系中,学前教育仍然是最薄弱、最滞后的环节,与厦门市其他区差距明显。本调研报告围绕《厦门市翔安区学前教育发展规划(2011-2015)》中的建设目标、建设重点以及落实情况等进行了深入分析,阐述翔安区学前教育的基本情况,指出存在的突出问题,提出大力发展公办幼儿园、改造提升集体办幼儿园、充实教师队伍、规范扶持民办幼儿园等对策建议,形成了调研报告,以期进一步推进翔安区农村学前教育的科学发展。
Although the pre-school education in Xiang’an District has achieved great development since the establishment of the district, pre-primary education remains the weakest and most lagging link in the entire basic education system, which is obviously different from other districts in Xiamen City. This research report carries out an in-depth analysis on the construction objectives, construction priorities and implementation in the “Planning for Pre-primary Education in Xiang’an District of Xiamen City (2011-2015)”, and expounds the basic situation of preschool education in Xiang’an District and points out the outstanding Problems, proposed the development of public kindergartens vigorously, the reform and improvement of collectively-run kindergartens, enriching the teaching staff, standardizing and supporting private kindergartens and other countermeasures and suggestions, and formed a research report with a view to further promoting the scientific development of rural preschool education in Xiang’an District.
