一、程租租船合同 1.滞期费和速遗费的争议案例(1)在中国港口,船舶是否必须在通过联检后才能算是准备就绪的问题,仲裁庭认为,在租船合同的规定不明确的情况下,应当适用中国港口习惯。在中国港口,通过联检是一切外籍船舶进入中国港口的必要条件,船舶不通过联检便不具备装卸货条件,因此租方有权在船舶通过联检后接受卸货准备就绪通知书,除非船方能够证明由于租方的责任造成联检的延误。
