六十年代以来,世界上稀土元素的开发和应用出现了蓬勃发展的局面,稀土新材料的不断出现为稀土相图及化合物的研究增添了无穷的活力,至今,已发表的稀土(RE)-某元素(X)二元系相图有500余篇,已知的晶体结构二元化合物(RE_mX_n)已达数千个(其中金属间化合物已达1800个以上)。目前这些相图和化合物的数量还在与日俱增,在此基础上总结和分析稀土相图和化合物生成的某些规律,揭示它们与组元元素X在周期表中位置的密切联系,对于进一步开发稀土资源,应用稀土元素于各个科学技术经济领域,无疑具有一定的实际意义。
Since the 1960s, the development and application of rare earth elements in the world have shown a thriving development. The continuous emergence of new rare earth materials has added endless vitality to the study of rare earth phase diagrams and compounds. To date, the published rare earth (RE) There are more than 500 binary phase diagrams of a certain element (X), and thousands of known binary compounds (RE_mX_n) have been identified (among them 1,800 are intermetallic compounds). At present, the number of these phase diagrams and compounds is still increasing day by day. On the basis of this, some laws of rare earth phase diagram and compound generation are summarized and analyzed, and their close relationship with the position of element X in the periodic table is revealed.
