山东省农产品出口大多为粗放型农产品,初级产品为主,国际市场单一,集中度太大问题突出,食品质量安全案件时有发生,面对国际上针对农产品出口贸易所采取的愈演愈烈的贸易壁垒,若不能及时有效地解决这些问题,会削弱山东省的农业生产资源优势,我们应积极扩大竞争优势,把现有优势因素逐渐转化为长期区位优势,推动山东省农产品出口贸易取得更好的成绩。
