教育心理学表明,教师在教学中适度示弱能够为学生自主发展提供空间,激发学生主动思考问题,维持学生的学习兴趣,拉近师生的距离。教师要敢于示弱,展示真我风采;善于示弱,甘为他人做嫁衣;故意示弱,引发学生思考。
Educational psychology shows that teachers ’moderate weakness in teaching can provide room for independent development of students, inspire students to think actively, maintain students’ interest in learning and narrow the distance between teachers and students. Teachers should dare to show weakness, showing me style; good at showing weakness, willing to do wedding dress for others; deliberately weak, triggering student thinking.
