本文使用上海市流动人口动态监测(2011)的数据对各省来沪务工者的地域工资差距进行了测定和分析。数据显示:各省来沪务工者的收入差距明显,在控制个人禀赋因素和行业、职业等相关特征之后差距依然较大。我们选取了具有一定代表意义的河南省作为基准省份来观察河南籍的来沪务工者相对于其他各省份的来沪务工者所受到的歧视,发现歧视因素能够解释各省来沪务工者的工资差距的30%~40%。
This article uses the data of Shanghai Municipality on the Dynamic Monitoring of Floating Population (2011) to measure and analyze the regional wage gap among workers in Shanghai and Shanghai. The data show that the income disparity between migrant workers from various provinces in Shanghai is obvious. After controlling for personal endowments and related trades and occupations, the gap is still large.
