在研究小剂量X射线照射对全淋巴细胞刺激效应的同时,探讨了小剂量辐射(0,0.02,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.50 Gy)对三种单克隆抗体分离出CD_4~+、CD_8~+和B,亚群细胞的刺激效应,观察了小剂量照射后的CD_4~+、CD_8~+细胞对B细胞功能的影响。结果表明,Panning法分离的各亚群细胞纯度和存活率均在90%以上,全淋巴细胞在0.10 Gy剂量内有刺激作用,尤以0.10 Gy剂量点效应最大(为对照组的139.2%);各亚群细胞在0.2 Gy照射内,均有刺激效应的发生,CD_4~+和B细胞在0.1 Gy剂量点效应最强(为对照的179.3%和182.5%),而CD_8~+在0.05 Gy点效应强(为对照的169.6%);相同剂量,CD_8~+和B细胞的刺激效应大于CD_8~+。0.5 Gy照射则表现出明显的抑制作用。正常CD_4~+细胞对B细胞具有辅助功能,CD_8~+细胞对B细胞具有抑制作用,小剂量照射可加强CD_8~+细胞对B细胞的辅助作用,促进CD_8~+细胞对B细胞的抑制功能,以0.1 Gy照射后这种效应最强,0.2 Gy照后仍可观察到这种效应。
In the study of the effect of low dose X-ray irradiation on whole lymphocyte stimulation, we investigated the effect of low dose radiation (0,0.02,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.50 Gy) on CD_4 +, CD_8 + And B, subpopulations were observed. The effect of CD_4 ~ +, CD_8 ~ + cells on the function of B cells after low dose irradiation was observed. The results showed that the purity and survival rate of all the subpopulations isolated by Panning method were over 90%, and all lymphocytes stimulated at 0.10 Gy, especially the 0.10 Gy dose point (139.2% of the control group). Each subpopulation had a stimulating effect in 0.2 Gy irradiation. CD_4 ~ + and B cells had the strongest effect at 0.1 Gy dose (179.3% and 182.5% of the control), while CD_8 ~ + at 0.05 Gy (169.6% of the control); the same dose, CD_8 ~ + and B cells stimulation effect than CD_8 ~ +. 0.5 Gy irradiation showed a significant inhibitory effect. Normal CD_4 ~ + cells have auxiliary function on B cells, while CD_8 ~ + cells have inhibitory effect on B cells. Small dose irradiation can enhance the auxiliary effect of CD_8 ~ + cells on B cells and promote the inhibitory function of CD_8 ~ + cells on B cells This effect was greatest after irradiation with 0.1 Gy, which was still observed after 0.2 Gy irradiation.
