目的建立混合糖电解质注射液中果糖、葡萄糖和木糖醇的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Waters Sugar Pak I(300mm×6.5 mm);流动相:水;流速:0.5 mL.min-1;示差折光检测器。结果果糖、葡萄糖和木糖醇峰分离度良好;果糖的线性范围为20~100μg(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.53%,RSD=0.81%(n=9);葡萄糖的线性范围为40~200μg(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=0.47%(n=9);木糖醇的线性范围为10~50μg(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.02%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于混合糖电解质注射液中果糖、葡萄糖和木糖醇的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of fructose, glucose and xylitol in mixed sugar electrolyte injection. Method Column: Waters Sugar Pak I (300 mm x 6.5 mm); Mobile phase: Water; Flow rate: 0.5 mL.min-1; Differential Refractive Index Detector. Results The peak of fructose, glucose and xylitol was well separated. The linear range of fructose was 20-100μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.53%, RSD was 0.81% (n = 9). The linear range of glucose was The average recovery was 99.75% and the RSD was 0.47% (n = 9). The linear range of xylitol was 10 ~ 50μg (r = 0.999 7) .The average recovery was 99.78% , RSD = 1.02% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of fructose, glucose and xylitol in mixed sugar electrolyte injection.
