了解环构关节损伤是否伴喉内肌病理改变。方法:对家兔一侧环杓关节进行钝性损伤实验,观察不同时期声门形态及声带肌组织学改变。结果:环构关节损伤导致声门运动障碍6个月后,患侧声门出现声带位置外移、边缘不平、声门裂增宽等形态改变。组织学证实声带肌呈肌纤维直径缩小、粗细不等、间距增宽等肌萎缩病理改变。损伤9个月后,声带肌肌萎缩更明显。结论:这种继发于环构关节损伤后的声带肌肌萎缩病理变化是使声门形态改变、声带外移的原因,可加重声门闭合不全,影响预后,且有可能影响喉内肌肌电反应。

Conclusion: The pathological changes of vocal cord muscular atrophy secondary to the circumflexicular injury are the causes of the change of glottis morphology and vocal cord, which may aggravate glottis insufficiency and affect the prognosis, and may affect the intrathoracic muscles Electrical reaction.
