在后危机时代,人力资源作为企业执行层面关键职能部门,必须为企业的战略目标实现提供支撑作用。后危机时代,是指现阶段国际金融危机持续蔓延、对宏观经济和微观企业的影响不断加深的时代,特点是:企业的危机对策开始实施,经过一系列调整,包括人员调整、薪酬调整、业务调整,新业务稳定并稍有起色,在新的领域开始起步。国家经济刺激计划开始发挥作用。但由于国际金融危机影响的力度大,企业依旧困难,经济依旧低迷。后危机时代我国人力资源管理需要有相应的对策。
