低温镀铁是机件磨损后的一种修复工艺,近几年来,已在有关行业的修理部门应用,并在逐步推广中。我厂设计、制造的1000安直流低温镀铁设备已投入试生产,应用范围在不断扩大。本文介绍我们在低温镀铁工作中的一些做法和认识,由于运用该工艺的时间较短,又限于水平,谬误之处恳望指正。一、低温镀铁的特点和价值镀铁是在含有铁离子的电解液中,以工件作阴极,低碳钢板为阳极,使带正电的铁离子在电场作用下移向阴极,还原沉积在工件表面上,以形成镀层。与此同时,阳极上的铁失去电子,被氧化为带正电的铁离子而进入电解液,补偿电解液中铁离子浓度。原用的镀铁工艺是把电解液加温至95~100℃,以减少氢的影响,降低镀层的脆性,提高镀层与基体的结合强度。但是,这样获得的镀层,其硬度很低,在镀后必须进行多种处理,而处理时又因温度过高,产生变形,造成废品率增高。

The original iron plating process is to warm the electrolyte to 95-100 ° C to reduce the influence of hydrogen, reduce the brittleness of the coating and improve the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate. However, the coating thus obtained has a very low hardness and must be treated in various ways after plating. However, when the coating is processed, the temperature is too high and deformation occurs, resulting in an increase in reject rate.
