一年来,我们在现有的镀铁工艺的基础上,进行了镀铁试验,收到了较好的效果。我们先后修复了汽车立轴、十字轴、活塞肖、半轴套管及一些孔类、花键类零件,并装车使用。尤其是1977年底,我们在一个月的时间里,成功地镀了四根解放曲轴,直径增大3.56~3.74毫米,以外观判断可继续增大到4毫米以上,但由于受R角镀层薄的影响,主轴颈和连杆轴颈加工后都不到出厂尺寸,只达到第三级修理尺寸。虽还没达到把报废曲轴一次镇到可加工成出厂尺寸这一高度,但对实现一次把报废曲轴恢复到出厂尺寸有很大的信心。我们修复的曲轴已装车使用,未见异常。下面谈谈粗浅体会,不当之处请指正。
