在机械压力机生产过程中,为考核产品性能质量,根据通用技术条件的规定,生产厂在机器安装调试之后通常都应进行负载试车等各种试验。过去负载试验都是用冲压试料的方法来实现的,测试方法也比较落后,在经济上也极不合算,不仅要制造昂贵的模具,而且还消耗大量的试料。如我厂生产的J31-315吨压力机,若做八个小时的连续冲裁试验,就要消耗试料102.7吨;JA31-630吨压力机如连续冲裁八小时就要消耗钢材212吨。这种方法一不经济,二不准确,
