根据技术要求,压机在总装完成后必须进行各种试验,其中包括负荷试验,以检查测定: 1) 压机床身和拉杆的应力; 2) 床身和滑块连杆断面上的弯曲应力; 3) 曲轴、传动轴、齿轮、离合器等在负荷作用下的应力与可靠性; 4) 各摩擦付的磨损与发热以及机器负荷工作时的振动情况等。为了保证向罗马尼亚提供的1000吨曲柄压力机的出厂质量,我厂设计制造了供该压力机负荷试验用的110～1250吨液压加载器。
According to technical requirements, the press must be carried out in the final assembly after a variety of tests, including the load test to check the determination: 1) Press the bed and the pull rod stress; 2) bed and slider link section bending stress; 3) the stress and reliability of the crankshaft, drive shaft, gears, clutches and other loads under load; 4) the wear and heat generated by the rubbing and the vibration when the machine is working. In order to guarantee the factory quality of the 1000-ton crank press supplied to Romania, our factory designed and manufactured a 110-1250 ton hydraulic loader for the press load test.
