【案例】曾艳于1998年调入A区百梓幼儿园工作。1998年,百梓幼儿园与全园职工签订了两年期劳动合同,与曾艳也签订了两年期劳动合同。2000年4月,曾艳因对园内增发补贴不满,与园领导发生口角,同年8月,幼儿园口头通知曾艳将不再被续签合同,同时幼儿园做出了《关于对曾艳同志的处分决定》,决定不再与曾艳续签合同,限曾艳半年之内调离,否则作自动离职处理。后经A区劳动人事局多方调解,幼儿园于2001年4月4日发出通知,同意曾艳回园签合同上班。2001年4月8日,幼儿园方因曾艳坚持要求签订无限期合同而再次拒绝与
