This comprehensive project is located in a narrowly inserted section between a park and a canal. It consists of 120,000 square feet of office space, 260 rooms with conference facilities, restaurants, shops and hotels. The hotel consists of a 13-story circular simplification and a 6-storey building with two sides. Its entrance faces the park, and its office part is located in the upper part of the main structure of the eleventh floor. It is adjacent to the canal in the northeast corner of the base. The ballroom of the hotel is a high-rise hall, and is located at the back of the office building. The cylinder of the hotel is composed of a copper-clad cylinder and a red sandstone base underneath it. The six-story two-story building and the central office are all covered with limestone and granite veneers.
