我厂原有一套吊挂式螺扣(东德WPM—20t上),在测合金钢和某些高强度的金属棒材的σ_P,σ_(0.2),σ_S时,经常碰到牙式夹具打滑而无法精确测量。因此,试验时需把夹头上的附件全部卸掉,另换上两块各11kg重的挂基块;试样头部需制成螺扣,所用辅助时间近30分钟,且更换繁琐,易损附件。为此,经研究我们设计插装,抽卸合开卡式夹具,无论是连杆式,弹簧式夹的卡板都可使用。装卸仅用一分钟。上夹头夹具靠两板自落合卡试样,然后开车把下夹头与上夹头调整好间距。用手向上推下夹具手柄扣合卡板,开动试验机受力指针移动说明试样已加上载荷,可放手,这时拉力与卡夹力在契型中成正比变化。右图分别为试样在上夹头及下夹头左半装入卡板
