每学期结束时,班主任要对学生的身体状况、思想品质、心理发展水平、文化科学素质、兴趣爱好、特长、综合素质给予评估,其中评语一栏以“教师寄语”开头。我给自己定了一个目标:写出六十八个绝不雷同的寄语,每个一百字左右,不求全,只求真。寒冬的深夜,我泡上一杯浓浓的咖啡,在暖暖的台灯下,眼前浮现出一个个鲜活的面容。精心揣摩,谨慎下笔,我开始了与每一位学生心灵的对话。
At the end of each semester, the head teacher shall assess the student’s physical condition, ideological quality, psychological development level, cultural science quality, hobbies, specialties, and comprehensive qualities. The comment column begins with the “Teacher Message”. I set myself a goal: to write sixty-eight letters that are absolutely not identical. Each word is about 100 words. In the late evening of winter, I soaked a cup of strong coffee. Under the warm lamp, a lively face appeared in front of me. Carefully trying to figure out, carefully write, I began a dialogue with each student’s heart.
